All the Lecture Rooms are Air-Conditioned. Fully equipped with audio-visual aids to facilitate creative and effective learning. To generate a Five-star Hotel work culture, the Lecture Rooms have been named as Ashoka, Maurya, Taj, Meridian and The Oberoi.

This is a replica of kitchen in the Five star Hotel. Under the supervision of the Faculty for Production, the students are given rigorous training to be a Professional chef. Training is imparted both in the national and international cuisines.

Under the guidance of the Faculty for F&B Service; students are taught and further trained as to "How to Service the Guests in a Five star Motel". This being a comprehensive Training, all the details of "Service" are dealt with minutely. This includes alignment of the tables and chairs, the art of mixology (Cocktails & Mocktails) and the "Service" of distinct beverages.

First contact Point of the customer. We, therefore, have a Front Office Training Department which is similar to that of a Five Star Hotel. Under the guidance of the faculty for Front Office, Students are given practical training on customer handling, check in and check out information, maintenance of records of customers and their queries and compiling files.
Students are made to learn the geographical features of India in detail, Through power point presentation, ample information is given so that he/she can. take up his/her job in a professional manner. Further, we wish the customer to be the happiest arid would truly want him/her to visit our hotel again and again.

After all, why people choose to stay in a five-star?

One of the reasons is "Cleanliness and hygiene". Under the guidance of the faculty for Housekeeping, Students are trained in the maintenance and functioning of the Hotel Guest Rooms. Since the training also involves the application of reagents on different types of surface, we therefore, have a Housekeeping Training Room " where in each and every aspect of Housekeeping is intricately taught.

LBIIHM has a state-of-the-art IT lab with Pentium nodes connected to high end servers with high speed internet connection. The institute provides this facility to make every student computer savvy. All computers are uploaded with multiple software programs to help prepare presentations, assignments, projects by the students as part of their curriculum.

In our Library, we have more than 5000 books which includes reference books and text books for Hotel Management. It is a mixture of national and international editions.

To cultivate reading habit among the students, we provide them with the latest Magazines, newspapers and newsletters. Students can also read and prepare notes anytime during the working hrs in 'absolute silence'.
